**Worst in person interview by high ego cofounder. Startup mentality. Terrible communication. Did in person interview, told will be 2 weeks to get a response, never heard from them again. Completed the agriculture analysis data challenge given to me. Then did in person interview at their office in Morges. In the interview the cofounder and analyst was present. First cofounder insulted/ challenged me mid interview. I guess to see how I respond. I reacted in a positive manner. By end of it walked away with a relatively good impression of how I did. They said they’d debrief and get back to me. Made me wait 2 weeks and then never replied to me again.
