i took an assessment exam to measure my project management skill level. The exam went well. Then I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and was asked to provide sample project plans for review. Then I met with the direct manager responsible for the project. I interviewed with each person separately. The two managers then discuss their assessment of the interview process.
