I was interviewed by my future boss - he was easy to talk to and I could tell the office culture would fit my personality based on our interactions. At the end of the interview, he let me know that he felt great about adding me to the team but that he wanted input from his team. He asked me to come back for an interview with team members that would potentially be my mentor. That group interview went well. They let me ask questions about the position as well as interview me. I felt like I got the chance to represent myself and they really got a chance to get to know my personality, talents and background.
