I applied online and received a phone call the next day, then I had a face to face interview with the recruiter and hiring manager the day after. They told me I would get a response on whether they would extend their offer by the following week. We'll the day after the face to face interview I got the offer. They're base pay is very competitive and I was given a good start based on my experience. The face to face interview was actually very fun. They have a card game with they use to learn a bit about you. The background check is very thorough. But it's worth it. The benefits, accommodations for employees is phenomenal.

Entrevista
In my case was pretty easy. It took the whole process a week and got the offer. I applied online, the recruiter called me next day to go over the position and also do the screening process, then I was invited to go to the office and talk to the Sr. Recruiter. Then I was invited to talk to the Sr. Manager from the Department, went over the position and also thru the interview questions. Discover interview questions are more like they want to know if you are the perfect fit and if you are going to get the job done, and if you are going to be successful and match the culture.
