The interview consisted of 2 separate 30 min interviews with 2 different employees. One was in HR and works closely with the program I applied for and the other had been working for Discover for some time and was familiar with the program as well. They asked many behavioral questions that you would find at a typical marketing interview and they also asked two situational interview questions asking what marketing techniques you would use to address certain situations. Also, they asked me if I knew how credit card companies make their money.
Overall the interview process was very comfortable. They have a very supportive work environment and seem like they would be a very fun, rewarding company to work for.
