Interview process was friendly and straight forward. First interview was about 10 minutes over the phone. in person interview was behavioral but interactive. Asked me to sort out three work ethics I do well in and one I need to improve on, but provided the opportunity for me to explain.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
