Entrevista
Met recruiters on campus at a career fair and applied online through university website. Had a pre-night the night before with 25 interviewees and 2 recruiters where they gave us time to ask questions (which made it hard to have questions during the interview the next day). The actual interview was supposed to be 2 30 min 1 on 1s but they only scheduled 1 30 minute interview, so it felt very rushed. Standard behavioral questions but very repetitive and hard to think of different stories when one story could've likely fit for all questions.

Entrevista
This was a second round interview at the corporate headquarters. The company put us up in a very nice Residence Inn for the night (same location you will stay at over the summer if you get the internship). We had a pre-night with the interns from the previous summer (now working full-time) to answer any questions we had and for them to get to know us in a very casual setting. The next day, we were at the Discover campus from 8am to about 3pm. We had two one-on-one 30 minute interviews, a group case, a tour of the campus, a panel Q&A, and breakfast/lunch provided. The two one-on-one interviews were strictly behavioral. They kept saying to know the basics of how a credit card works, what sets Discover apart, etc, but I was not asked any of these questions. The four people I interviewed with (two during the first round on campus) were all incredibly nice and I loved talking to each of them.

Entrevista
The first interview took place on campus. I had two interviews here, one mainly discussing my resume and the other asking more marketing related questions.
For the second interview I got flown out to Riverwoods. Here we participated in an all day candidates day. Started the day with panels where we got the opportunity to ask questions, then received a tour of the office, got put into teams and had to put together a presentation, and then had two interviews with people from the marketing department.
Heard back from Discover in about two weeks and received an internship opportunity.
