First interviewed with the recruiter who found my resume online. Initial emails were a bit gruff, but the conversation was easy enough. I thought I was pretty clear about lack of experience with their specific systems, but was scheduled for an interview with 3 managers anyway. Culture-wise I think the company would have been a good fit, but the role was not right for me and the managers agreed with me on both points. It felt to me like that was clear in my conversation with the recruiter, but I always like to practice interviewing so that's really what the interview was for me.
