The interview process was very well managed and had quick turn around times for results. there were 3 rounds. A very short HR round, a functional interview by one of the future team mates and an interview by the head of the business. All the interviews were very smooth and were conversation oriented rather than question and answer sessions. The primary focus was on the ability to think and articulate your ideas. So it started with my past experience went on to a few short case study based questions and then general conversation.

Entrevista
Received my first invite from the company CEO through linkedin . After I agreed to explore the opportunity, I had an half an hour screening interview( telephonic) with one of the company directors. Then I had 2 case rounds where I was asked to make a market entry strategy for a telco in a new geography. After clearing both, I had 2 final rounds with the CEO which lasted for about 1 hour each.
