The process had 1 interview. The interviews were about an hour long. I did not hear about the actual offer until months later. The questions were about computer specifications then normal questions (give me an example of a time where you had to deal with an irate customer, etc). You also have to know how to navigate to get certain information from your computer (like the RAM), navigate to certain webpages, etc

The interview was like any normal job would be. They asked question about previous employers and your skills. They gave information on company and expectations. Gave information on how previous jobs would relate.
