Not sure what to expect. When I spoke to the manager it felt very condescending and off putting. The interview was fine but they exaggerated the amount of commission associates can make and didn’t even give me a chance to agree to a job offer just assumed that I would take it. I don’t have very high hopes about how it will be working there. When I came in for my interview one associate didn’t even greet me like she did the last customer and the energy of the atmosphere just felt super dull and soulless. I need this job on my resume as a fashion business student for internships so I’ll push through but not at all optimistic about the work environment.

Entrevista
The hiring process is pretty straightforward. You apply in store on one of their computers and depending on any managers you can be interviewed immediately after you apply. So I would recommend applying in business attire. The interview was pleasant and pretty straightforward as well, I was screened by one of the assistant store managers and the interview was casual. After giving them my information and having a short interview I was contacted again within the week for a second interview which was basically them telling me that I was hired into their training class. The training class lasts for approximately two weeks and as long as you show up and work for your schedule time and follow along with the training you're going to be hired and placed in one of the departments within the store.

Standard interview, quite short (20 minutes) for the first round. Asked about past experience, sales skills, expected pay, and my future goals at the company. Interviewers were very nice and welcoming, made the experience much less intimidating!
