The interviewing process is very easy in the location I was hired. They take up to 3 interviews in order to keep an unbiased opinion out of you. Last interview is with the store manager and that usually wraps up the whole session and could mean you're guaranteed to be hired. Be ready to share all of your prior work experience and be challenged with questions (like the majority of interviews), overall, it's a great and easy experience. Word of advice though, keep your red flag radar up, and if you're not open to practically living where you work and having to deal with various goal-oriented tasks and sales I would advise you to also rethink working at this retail location.
