Basic interview with Asst GM then with Dept. Mgr. then with product rep. They sometimes have you meet with immediate department manager. Depending on the department, you will have to take a series of online tests, some are specific to the manufacture, such as Lauder, etc.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
