It was relatively simple, went in, filled out a computer based application. Was interviewed shortly after by a manager. Was invited back for a second interview and was hired after a brief week long background check.

Very simple, and easy. Straight to the point. The manager at the time was easy to talk to and nice. I had to go to the third floor at interview in the back where the gift wrapping is.

Very laid back and fast. Took less than 15 minutes. They thought I was coming in to interview for a sales position and so sent a sales manager to interview me. He knew nothing about the position but asked someone in the department to explain the day to day to me.
