On line application, they will call you back if they are interested and then there is a one on one sit down interview. If you are hired you will be with a group of others that were hired on at the same time. You will go through a month of training. Then you will be placed on the floor to work.

Entrevista
You will have three separate interviews. One with the cosmetics manager aided by other brand leaders, next with the store manager or district manager, and finally with the AE for the brand you will be working for. Each interview is a step to see if you will be hired.

Entrevista
The first interview was with the overall store GM and then the Cosmetics Department manager, followed by the Cosmetics Rep for the Brand. The first two were great, but the Rep Seemed like the type to just not be impressed by anything or anyone. But was otherwise nice and professional
