After setting up the first 1:1 interview recruiter called back within 48hrs to give an update on the interview and quickly tried to set up the 2nd interview. This company prefers 1:1 interviews and does not pay for traveling or relocating expenses. 2nd interview was with director of company, which was a bit intimidating but at least approachable to talk to.
