The interview process felt lengthy and disorganized, with multiple rounds that were canceled or rescheduled and limited communication from recruiting on timelines and expectations. Several interviewers joined meetings late without acknowledgment. When time was shortened, there was little opportunity for meaningful dialogue, even when I was invited to ask questions. I was also asked to complete a skills assessment. It later surfaced that elements of my analysis were presented internally, which raised concerns about the intent of the exercise. During the review, I was repeatedly questioned about AI use despite confirming the work was my own. Overall, the experience reflected gaps in communication, interview structure, and respect for candidate's time.
