But beware of the offer comes to you in Mexico, this company does not have fiscal present in Mexico. So you will be contracting through Aeries Technology(Indian Consulting firm), and the contract is made on-site, and they make an authorization to allow you remote work. This is the deal breaker for a full-remote position they published for hire. They have the full authority to revoke the remote condition, and recall you back to office to be onsite at their office in Guadalajara. Additional to this drawback, they also want to mandate the 6% saving fund on your monthly salary. Aeries is really bad for their extended presence in Mexico. I do not suggest to join this company until they arrive Mexico or they changed the contractor.
