Had three rounds of interviews - first one with the recruiter, who asked the basics and gave insights on the team and position expectations. Second round was with a team member (manager), who asked more technical and experience questions. Third round was with a higher up (Director) who asked more about big-picture strategy and client experience. After my final thank you email, I had to follow up after two weeks of not hearing anything back. Turns out the position was cut due to 'tariffs impacting the bottom line'. Did not receive feedback on the interview process, nor was I offered to be considered for other available positions.
