I applied for one engineering role and had an initial call with the recruiter. During the call, the recruiter was much more interested in my career interests and goals. She realized that she actually had another role she thinks lined up with my interests and allowed me to continue the interview process for that role instead. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager and was moved on to the team interviews. There was a coding review section, a presentation, and a few more soft skills interview. Overall was very reasonable and gave good insight into the role and company.
