This is one of the best interview experience which I had so far right from the beginning to the end. I have never seen such a crystal clear communication for candidates. I have applied online, I believe the company doesn't rely on ATS completely they do some human maths to search profiles which are more relevant to any JOB Profile. Tip:- While applying online pay special attention to what you are writing in the Job Application it should be more relevant to the profile you are applying for and must address the why. The interview starts with:- Recruiter call To understand the candidate profile, work experience and to schedule the next round of interviews. Manager Round 1 The first round was just normal nothing serious just to make the candidate comfortable. Some questions like how you know about this company.What we are currently doing and how we can work along. Troubleshooting Skills Assessment There will be four customer scenarios that we need to address via mail. We need to draft a reply with a prime focus to help out the end-user to get their issues resolved. If we don't have a fix then we can provide the best alternative solution to resolve the issue. Manager Round 2 This round was more into the troubleshooting. If basic troubleshooting skills are to the point then its super easy to clear this round. Manager Round 3 This round will be more into intellectual thinking. How you will be a good fit, what values you cater, and the way of thinking in any situation. There will be one more interview round to get introduced into the team you will be working after which you will get the feedback mostly next day itself.

The interview process was online. Each round took 45 minutes. The whole process took 1 month. Technical Assessment round, Cultural fit round, Technical round, Initial discussion, and final discussion rounds.
