The hiring process started with a recruiter screening. From there, it went to one of the hiring managers. The third step was talking with one of the members of the Developer Support team for a technical assessment. I will say that you should be familiar with troubleshooting steps without server access as that was my downfall. The last step would have been a discussion with the second hiring manager. For me, the last step was feedback from the recruiter. Overall, it was a long process and ended up being disappointing for me, but Digital Ocean was great along the way and I hope to use what I learned to apply again in the future.

The interview process was online. Each round took 45 minutes. The whole process took 1 month. Technical Assessment round, Cultural fit round, Technical round, Initial discussion, and final discussion rounds.
