The interview process was laborious. The HR team did the best they could to manage the process through scheduling and support which went rather well. Like most of the senior interviews that I see here, the process spaned multiple months and seems to be productive at times. I was encouraged over the 75 days that things looked positive. The decision was made three days after my final interview. DO could certainly help themselves out by ensuring that each stakeholder is involved near the beginning of the process rather than letting a negative vote at the end of multiple months demonstrate the wasting of everyone's time.
