lasted half an hour plus the one hour test. interviewer was nice, explained the job thoroughly. asked me a few questions about myself and my former job. went on smoothly.

I was working as a freelancer when I got the call from DigitalWebProperties. They had seen my profile on Elance and were interested in my skills. We set-up an interview on the phone, then I was asked to visit the office. I had a short conversation with the manager. She didn't ask me impersonal questions like "Why did you leave the previous job?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?". She seemed more interested in my skills and how I would envision the perfect workplace. I was then asked to write a short article and include a few keywords. We shook hands and I went home. Later I received a call and was informed that I had passed the test and they wish to work with me.
