It was a very brief initial interview on the phone at first. I got a phone call and was asked whether I was still interested in the job. Then I was asked to do a test. Their decision was mainly based on the test. We had a final interview on Skype, where they told me I was hired and gave me details of the job.

It was a Skype interview. Initially, I was doubtful, but I decided to give it a try. I soon realized, it was a very good decision :). I was introduced to my job tasks and the objectives of the company and I was invited to take part in an extensive training.
