Initially interviewed by whom I assume was a team manager. We discussed the contents of my resume, so there were both technical and behavioral questions. After that, I was introduced to an HR officer, and then talked to the director.

Entrevista
The initial phone interview and technical interview went well. They stated that I was short-listed for the role. However, the final interview was delayed for almost a month after multiple follow-ups and promised updates (which were obviously not met), I was rejected without proper feedback. They said that the manager wants to see other candidate butI was confident because my experiences and skills almost perfectly matches with the JD. I got the rejection after I followed-up when I saw that they updated the Job Post to allow fresh grads. This is probably a budget problem on their end not my skills.
