Ich hatte mehrere Gespräche mit der HR Beauftragten und dann ein Teams Gespräch. Danach wurde ich nach Hamburg eingeladen und hatte noch einmal drei Gespräche und ein Mittagessen. Ich habe zwei Use Cases gemacht und einen Pitch vorstellen müssen.

One of the best and most transparent interview processes I've been through. The 1st interview (within a week of sending the application) was with HR to align goals, interests, clarify background questions, and define next steps in interview process. The 2nd interview (Interview Day) was a series of interviews with different members of the department across several locations. There were two standard interviews (eg. questions on experience, interests, why company/role/field etc.), one case study with Q&A (to be prepared beforehand), and an informal interview with potential team members. HR was very fast and communicative throughout the entire process. All process steps and wait times were communicated clearly beforehand. Interview questions focused strongly on professional/personal interests and previous experience. Got the impression that the team was truly interested in learning more about me and my motivations. There weren't any overly generic/impersonal or unnecessary trick questions. The entire process set a strong and positive tone for the company and team environment!
