Application form online, then contacted by recruiter and then interview in London offices. Interviewer rocked up 15 minutes late. So an hour interview lasted 45 minutes. I was told I would hear about the next steps the following week. Despite numerous chase ups they can't be bothered to respond. All rather comical really given it was quite a senior position. They might still be interested in me but given the lack of professionalism so far I would decline.
