Entrevista
Usually the process starts with a phone screen by HR. The second step would be a face interview with the hiring manager or also with HR and the hiring manager. The next and usually last step would be a face interview with the Marketing Director. Interview questions are related to the candidate's background and the culture of the organization. Soft and management skills are evaluated as well. Sometimes, an assessment can be part of the second interview.
