The process was basically a screening call, 3 formal interviews, and a final call. Overall it was quite lengthy but every stop along the way everyone was nice and accommodating for scheduling. No take home case studies or any of that BS. The interviews weren't super difficult, it felt more like a conversation which I appreciated. I was interested in the company and the role however they offered me a much lower salary than what I had said I was expecting as my minimum in the first call I had. They should make it clear what they can offer off the bat. But again everyone was nice to talk to.
