Process of Interview from start not satisfied as a professional. Reasons: Job Title shortlisted as Recruiter but instead of communication prior requires technical persons, then company should have different opening for Developers and why to shortlist someone if you want Developer in name of Recruiter. Don't know on what basis they shortlisted resume, without interviewing if you ask the query you can be rejected from interview. In experience of 8 years as observing and applying such interviews never seen such things. To join or not it's totally on you. Just don't go with figures and remember if traveling from long distance, they don't value about it.

I got to the last round of interviews. The interviewer seemed like he could not wait to get off the interview with me. They rejected me stating that they wanted a number to an answer that did not require a number. The question felt intrusive and I answered it in a way that still respected my privacy. If they required a number as an answer to the question, then the question should be reworded as it was a poorly designed interview question. Everyone I know who I told about it also felt a number was not needed as an answer. I feel like they wasted my time and did not give me a valid reason as to why I was not selected after making it to the last round.
