Had one interview screening followed by 4 interviews - with the hiring manager, the hiring manager's manager, a key stakeholder for the role and the senior director for HR, EMEA, the last of which was 'urgent' and needed to be completed during my pre-disclosed vacation time. Following the completion of these five conversations, I was told that the hiring manager was quite comfortable moving forward with an offer and that I should hear shortly. After over two weeks of silence, I was then contacted by the recruiter to say the role had been eliminated and they would not be moving forward. This is the second time this has happened to me with Dexcom. I can't help but feel incredibly disrespected and it's left a lasting impression on me, particularly knowing that a member of the HR leadership team would almost certainly have been privy to this information prior to interviewing me...
