Screening Interview with in-house recruiter, pre-scheduled, on phone; second-round panel interview with three regional team members, pre-scheduled, on Google Meet; third-round interview with regional sales VP, on phone, not scheduled, impromptu, after work hours, little prior notice. I was surprised that such a young, forward-thinking company would allows management to use inappropriate, old-school intimidation tactics, testing, or mind games during a job interview. Techniques like being deliberately rude to a candidate violates the implicit trust and good faith of the job interview process and reflects very poorly on the company and its managers.

Prompt, organized, and efficient. The team was kind, open to questions, and upbeat about the organization! The follow up survey was welcomed, and I have never interviewed for a more efficient company.
