The overall interview process is pretty intense your interview with a recruiter first and then if they like you, they’ll move you onto interview with one of the hiring managers or supervisors if they like you you’ll either get an offer or you won’t hear anything back. There are assessments that have to be taken once the offer is offered and a background check as well. They are very thorough with the background check especially when it comes to employment dates I passed everything I was offered the job very quickly, but then the offer was rescinded because there was an error in the dates of a past employer, which I corrected, but they still rescinded their offer.
