Very unprofessional and a blatant waste of time. I interviewed with the owner first, who rescheduled with me twice last minute. Then had a follow up interview in person that lasted an hour and was asked strange and unprofessional personal questions. It seemed like they just wanted to hire someone (male, specifically) they could tolerate/take advantage of and not someone who was a good fit for the position. Never even heard from them after the interview.
