7 rounds in total, including an initial screening with the recruiter, 1 round with Hiring Manager, 5 with VPs and SVPs and a final hour long Presentation. Pretty standard questions for a Customer Success interview. I made it to the end of the process (totalling about 5.5 hours long over 3 weeks) to be told that I had phenomenal feedback in every round, but they were going for someone else to nepotism. I'm sure this candidate was good, but I'm unsure if they based their decision on quality of delivered interviews. Unless you're being referred by someone in D42, I would recommend avoiding this company.

Fantastic process - Simple and straightforward. The internal recruiter and HR team is the absolute best! All of the folks I interviewed with were considerate of my time. Everyone was on time and very pleasant to interact with.
