I had 2 face to face interviews for the position...one with the hiring manager and the other with the Founder and 2 V.P.'s. The first interview with the hiring manager was great. Interview went well and he even took time out to give me a tour of the facility. Very professional and personable. The second interview...interesting. The founder and one of the V.P.'s were down to earth and personable but the V.P. of I.T. was a bit narcissistic, judgmental, and seemed hard to please. If you ask me, he already had his mind made up about his decision regarding my pending employment at DSG before the interview even started. Overall it was a good experience interviewing with this company.
