CD wanted a Skype interview. After one failed attempt at that, he agreed to do a phone call. He was a great guy and I could tell how passionate he was about trying to turn the company into something amazing. We had a great conversation and then I was contacted for the second part of the interview. I was about to accept it but I actually read something on Glassdoor that just turned me off. Their treatment of their female staff is apparently questionable. So I quickly declined the offer of a second interview.
