I went through employee referral. The HR called me and scheduled the interview after 2 weeks due to availability of panel. As per HR, there were 2 people expected in panel but only one person showed up. It was very bad experience. The interviewer arrived almost 30 minutes late to the call. He then spent next 4-5 minutes getting his headset to work. He was dressed way too casually. He only discussed my resume and was in a hurry to get the interview over. He did not ask any technical questions, he simply read my resume and asked questions and at many occasions did not let me complete my answers. He got in the middle of interview a few times and once he even started adjusting curtains. I had another call so I asked for an extension, he simply said he did not need to continue.

The recruiter completely vanished without providing a reply. After a gentle reminder, they rejected me on a Friday night with an email. The feedback was rushed and irrelevant to the interview process.
