Had seven rounds over four days. Spoke with folks from rank and file to senior desk heads. Knowing the subject matter made it easy and comfortable. No actual tech-out but more of a conceptual interview. Like any interview you need to know your subject, and come across personable. The smartest people in the world still need to be pleasant to work with.
