The interview process was very quick and simple! The recruiter and I connected within days after applying to the role. Soon after the initial call, I was scheduled for an in person interview.

30 min phone interview to start. The interviewer was reading from a script the entire time. Didn’t look at my resume and was pushing for software/developer specific questions that are not apart of my knowledge base or for the position interviewed for. The salary was lowballed and after that she said “what we lack in, we make up for in culture.” LOTS of red flags throughout the initial interview. Another being when I asked if OT was expected and she hem and hawed for a solid minute without a final answer. The next day, I received an email from the same person asking for an initial interview even though one was already had. Overall thoughts: They are extremely disorganized and will not pay expected salaries. Don’t waste your time here.
