One week after applying, I received an answer from one of the design directors to plan an interview. After the first interview, I was invited to have a second interview with another design director. I got feedback after three weeks, then received an offer.

Entrevista
With direct leader and after with human resources people and sometimes clients. The process overall is good and direct. Sometimes I felt that the people didn't know much of design processes but it can be related to their role.
