The interview went fine. But the hiring process for some reason was getting delayed for no particular reason. Also the HR didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Often they were trying to get me settled for something less during salary discussion. And they will hike up my salary if perform for the coming three months. I have an excellent background and good amount of experience and I didn’t have go through this. But sadly that’s the way management works. Lucky for me I had another offer and a way better and took it. I’m fulfilled with that now.
