First interview which was more of an informal meeting was conducted by a Director who was the CEO of One Business Segment with three companies. This meeting the CEO briefed me about the organization and his vision and goals related to IT and ERP implementation. There were three more such meetings in which we discussed about the needs, experiences and future road map for the activities to be managed by the position I was being evaluated for. Last and final Interview was conducted by the Chairman of Descon.
