The phone call with HR was professional. After that, the second interview in zoom about my design skills was unprofessional, and it started with a delay of 7 minutes because of lousy schedule management. The position description was limited, with no time for questions. It was clear there was no time for me to show my projects. Still, the recruiter insisted and said, “I don’t have time. I have another appointment, do it quickly״. Overall it was unrespectful, and I ignored the phone call from HR afterward.
