Straight forward interview. HR kept dragging their feet after the in-person interview, they said I was second in line to get the offer, wanted to know if I had other offers on hand, this went on for a few weeks, they keep your hopes high so you think you are almost there, until the HR guy finally said I wasn't selected, they decided to go with another candidate. Advice to HR --be straight forward with candidates and don't play games, if you need time to decide let the candidate know.
