There were two preliminary phone interviews and one in-person visit that lasted one half day. I was tested on my HTML skills and given a writing assignment. I was also taken to lunch with the president of the company. The interview was more like a discussion than a rapid fire question and answer session. I was told that the process was a mutual selection process - that I should be evaluating the company as much as they were evaluating me.
