This was one of the worst recruitment experiences I have had.
My interview was canceled twice on the day of the scheduled interview, and in official emails they addressed me using a completely different candidate’s name. In the end, I was also completely ghosted.
Despite multiple last-minute schedule changes, I always remained flexible and cooperative. (Even when they suddenly asked for an interview on the same day, I waited as requested—only for it to be canceled again that same day.)
After the final interview, I sent three follow-up emails and received no response. Is it really that difficult to inform a candidate of a rejection, or at least provide a brief update? If I had known the process would be handled this unprofessionally, I would never have applied.
