3 stages, first with a junior consultant, then a manager and final one with a Senior MD. Standard case interviews for all, first one was a market sizing, second was a cross between a go to market and creative brainstorm case and final was a strategy implementation case.

Apart from the case interviews, it was the standard fit questions like why this company, why this company since you have offers from elsewhere, why TMT, etc.

First round is an interviewer-led case; really random case with some simple math to compute number; then some behavioral questions like why you and why delta. Felt a bit rush for 30mins
The interview went smooth. We discussed case for the first 45 minutes, and the interviewer was very humble. He made sure I was comfortable and we talked about everything from business to my choices. The case was pretty straightforward, a little bit of preparation should help you pass it. Although I did not convert, it was a great learning experience for me.
