The interview was a video interview with a VP named Alex Plant. I actually talked to him for an hour and 15 minutes even though the interview was scheduled for 45 minutes. I honestly thought it was one of the best interviews I've ever had. The VP Alex Plant couldn't have been nicer. He was also prepared and asked me a lot of great questions. I rated the overall experience as good as I honestly thought it was a great interview. But I never heard from him again or anyone at Delphix. If you're not interested in a person, that's fine as we all know not everyone is perfect for a job, but at least send them a form email telling them they're no longer under consideration. To do otherwise is outright rude.
